   For the past more than 29 years I have been attempting some   
   global new age onset magickal workings, including a   
   binding of medium to extreme criminal. (Note that   
   I did get a Ph.D. within that time period, so I haven’t   
   been exclusively occupied with mystical pursuits.)   
      
   For much of that time the chair/moderator has been   
   Goddess, who I define as the ruler of the region all/everything.   
      
   MAJOR RESET: either Goddess, who I define as the ruler of the   
   region all/everything, does not exist, or She has declined   
   to be chair/moderator and on level -2 of the main stack   
   and will not be involved in my workings.   
      
   Now in June 1996 for my brief binding that was broken,   
   Cosma was on level -2. And Cosma has agreed to be   
   chair/moderator and on level -2 (top level) of the   
   main stack (of levels of change access).   
      
   I define Cosma as the someone who is that which most   
   modern human cosmologists believe began with the Big Bang,   
   which I believe is a subset of all/everything. (Why   
   don’t I just define Her as spacetime and its contents?   
   Well, I think there may be more dimensions, and in   
   one old physics clue I mention a seven dimensional heart.)   
      
   My region is the volume between the ellipsoid 20 million km   
   inside the orbit of Venus and the ellipsoid 50 million km   
   outside the orbit of Mars, not including below 300 m below   
   the surface of Venus, below 500 m below the surfaces of   
   Mars, Phobos, and Deimos, below 600 m below the surface   
   of the Moon, below 450 m below the surface of 3I/Atlas,   
   or below 14.6 km below the geoid.   
      
   (In that the e.g. 20 million km is measured along the   
   major axis, and the ellipsoid is that formed by   
   rotation of the ellipse [in the plane of the ecliptic]   
   about the major axis, so the region doesn’t look   
   like a bicycle tube or spare tire as in some of my   
   past attempts.)   
      
   So if criminals wanted to evade the binding they would   
   have to go outside that region, and if they returned   
   they would be bound again, but if they had children   
   outside who then came into the region, the children   
   would not be covered.   
      
   It could be that Cosma is the same as Kali, but I   
   don’t know for sure and will have to investigate   
   definition(s) of Kali. (Comments welcome.)
