   Hi,   
      
   I have windows XP with service pack 2.  However I have just downloaded the   
   newest MSN Messenger programme but windows will not let me delete the old   
   programme that come pre installed with XP.   
      
   This is causing problems as both programmes end up running at the same time!   
   Please could someone explain how to get rid of the old programme?
