I think it's actually an alien who has connected via SETI to the internet
and is trying to sound sensible to us in an attempt to communicate. We
should all pay close attention to this babble and try to make sense of it in
a diplomatic attempt to stave off inevitable invasion and total destruction
of the UN Requiem while the SETI folks work tirelessly to decode the message
before we get invaded and destroyed by the evil aliens who are perpetrating
this obviously senseless hoax in an attempt to determine our level of
intelligence before invading our world because some of us have no life and
need to get one
