   I've been a caucasoid Canadian for 28 years and six months.  I've converted   
   to Pentacostal, yet I have a long reaching faith in Islam.  I'm seeking a   
   court of executive arbitration for my best interest (embettermet) to   
   precedent the province of Ontario's Mental Health Care Act here in Canada,   
   with those whom I have transgressed for my continuuing treatment as a   
   Canadian-American citizen for over ten years, I've mutilated one of my

   be heard into a centre of applied justice.  My Community Treatment Order is   
   up for hearing on July the Tenth.  I'm seeking custody for a therapy   
   (cybernetic) that I'm having difficulty making inroads with my therapist to   
   reason.  I feel that I'm being decompensated against separation of belief   
   and system here, like a mark, for "theraputic trial" which I call Human   
   experimentation on the stage with these wars.  This stage of my life is very   
   difficult, many things have disappeared.  I'm seeking equivalent custody for   
   my acts as soon as the nation can commission the case via The Sierra Leone   
   Special Court for reasons against The Municipal Corporation of Hamilton   
   regarding such treatment that had facilitated the psychogenic analysis that   
   was covert against the people of nations.  Please respond to arbitrate these   
   "country crimes" by executive order for the honourable grounds of the Sierra   
   Leone Tribunal.  Relevant information about this has been posted by myself   
   on the USENET.  Some of my views are also Yahoo!groups for a background.  I   
   shall make the project known for all intents and purposes for my hearing   
   where I'll submit the software development project plan for web application   
   software called Epi-Cipher RE:, the general purpose of my mother's edict   
   (for cybernetic treatment that calls for detention time).  The police here
