   This is a formal Request For Discussion (RFD) for the creation of the   
   unmoderated Usenet newsgroup, sci.cybernetics.

   RATIONALE: sci.cybernetics   
      
   Cybernetics is the study of communications and control systems.  This group   
   encompasses the science of cybernetics at the degrees in which society   
   and the humanities form a synergy with technology on the Internet.  The   
   concept of a society or, advancement in the humanities for instance, serves   
   as the basis of this scool of thought in physiology, biology, economics, and   
   technology, as serves the basis for this group's existence to survive on the   
   Internet, as a forum for discussion ranging about control systems and   
   feed-back loops, to programming machine inteligence and cipher theory as its   
   aggregates would be modelled, the responsibility of the poster to maintain   
   interest in messages.   
      
   Topics will range from programming/development, to advanced algorithms,   
   physics, chemistry, ... in picking up from the comp.* sector.  The object of   
   this group is to open up the scientific community to the possibilities that   
   exist in cybernetics as a means to communicate, control, and model systems   
   as a 'superior vision' of information technology and its implications.   
      
   CHARTER: sci.cybernetics   
      
   The focus of this group is the investigation and examination of cybernetics   
   in a forum for formal research involving cybernetics as a science.  The   
   purpose of this group is to establish the ground set for soc.cybernetics,   
   humanities.cybernetics.  The science of cybernetics focuses on differences   
   in fields of technological where the development of command and control,   
   communications, guidance, and vision apply to participants whom can develop   
   interests in the main areas of cybernetics research in those being,   
   physiology, biology, economics, and technology.  This group promotes   
   commercial and   
   scientific awareness generally serving the embetterment of humanity with   
   technology.   
      
   Commercial involvement and synthesis involving, systems theory, algorithms,   
   heuristic, and engrams   
   encouraged as the primitives of this group form a base for developing   
   cybernetics as the object of its subscribers to communicate within   
   scientific circles   
   as describes the effective object of threads on this group by the humanities   
   and society.

   to make a comment to that effect in this thread; we ask proponents to

   Such lists of positive feedback for the proposal may constitute good
