   I rode the twinned demon of chaos and fate towards the High Noon of New   
   Years Eve unprepared to comment on what I was feeling. I hid in numerous   
   realities I'd created for just such an occasion. No fireworks to give   
   warning of its passing but no nuclear dawn, so another year rolls   
   forward onto the production line, and with it, more hopes, dreams,   
   speculations and truths, all entertwined in a jumble of crossed wire   
   worse than the wiring in Perry Como's old recording studio. I know wifi   
   is soon gonna promise to grant us all access to each others thoughts, so   
   before privacy is doomed let me all wish you a schweet new year.
