   Like everything from Osiris to Dave Chappelle, it's a black comedy. I   
   imagine the truly closeted troll busting out into the knowledge that the   
   wife, kid and three cars was a usenet delusion and that he himself was

   And then I imagine the fellow who truly believes in the wife, kid and   
   three cars forced to confess that he was trolling all along. We imagine   
   this fellow crying.   
      
   The lie is a potent and ambivalent thing. It gives wing to a pimento and   
   it can also murder some part of the world. Which is neither here nor there   
   except as it relates to intent and maybe to the converse of "God."
