That is a promotional not-for-sale version of Fumbling Towards Ecstasy that
was released around November / December 1993 by Nettwerk (Sarah's Canadian
label) just before the official release of the CD in Canada. It's basically
the FTE hardcover tourbook and the standard CD - items which are not rare on
their own, however packaged together like that it is. I would *assume*
there might only be about 1000 copies made like that (I assume that because
I've heard there are only about 1000 copies of the "Solace" promo CD), but
that is a total guess on my part.

It's definitely a collectible, and you could probably get $50 for it or so
on ebay. I haven't seen many copies of it up for sale on ebay, but I don't
think I've ever seen an auction for one go much higher than $75 (and that
was at the height of her popularity during the Surfacing years). Hang on to
it for a few more years, and keep it in good condition and I'm sure it'll
   eventually be worth more.

Let me know if there's anything else you need to know - perhaps I can help.
   :)

   Later!
