   Sure. Also they are 'enabled' otherwise there would be a connection   
   refused message. Anyway, I have found the confirmation: Netvillage has   
   disabled the telnet access and consideres the terminal access as   
   'obsolete'... They can reenable it somehow however.   
      
   I don't really know what they are thinking, do they really believe they   
   are going to make money from a web-based BBS sysem that has a 30 years   
   old core and a design that looks like 15 years old?   
      
   Plus they seem to be unable to answer e-Mails within a week...   
      
   I think I'll stick to the 6.25 version that has been released as ...   
   what? public domain? ... runs fine unter XP (wouldn't have thought that...)
