   all those achievments are very good for Philly. That doesn't negate the   
   rationale about wanting your kids or a family to grow up zipping in the   
   pollution especially downtown that is inherited when you live in this   
   area.Thats not true in other locations of the nation. I guess sometimes one   
   has to look at the negatives if those negatives include rising crime ,   
   violent crime no less, rising unemployment and especially the air you   
   breathe. As someone who knew a professor at University of Penn, and   
   understands holistic health, he packed up and left a few years ago and there   
   is nothing as important as giving your family clean air to maximize their   
   existence, nothing.
