SPECIFIC DAYS AND HOURS were given by the sign when parking was not allowed.
I have a PHOTO. If I was wrong in parking there, it is because the sign is
misleading, gives wrong information, or does not give all the facts.

The sign did not state these are required on Sunday or any other times not
mentioned by the sign. If local law is that they are, how am I to know that
   without the sign saying so?

   Which is?
I am never returning to Pennsylvania with that same car, if I ever go there
   at all.
If I made a mistake I will admit it and certainly not do it again, but
NOTHING justifies such a heavy penalty ($338) or the way I have been
harassed, threatened, and lied to. Let the motherfuckers come here and try
to get the money from me! I consider them criminals and will deal with them
   as such.
