   Actually, Verizon has to balance what it's selling as low speed DSL quite   
   closely.  If the speed is high enough, then the regular speed customers   
   will migrate to the lower speed, if the price is set too high, then dialup   
   customers won't migrate.   
      
   Actually, personally I think that something that exceeds the speed of ISDN   
   for less than one fifth the cost is a bargain.
