   There's more. I read today that more people have moved into Phila.   
   from New York(Manhattan and Brooklyn) recently than have left for those   
   places. I'm not talking about huge numbers but I did notice an   
   uptick in seeing New York license plates locally right after 9/11.   
   I'm betting that many of these people are terrorist "refugees".   
   In any case having ex-New Yorkers here can only make the area better!
