   The problem once again is that said plans haven't produced growth for a   
   big city anywhere in the US.  Every attempt at implementing them is a   
   major joke.  Let's also look at Katz's plan for cutting taxes, he wants   
   bonds to make up the difference, which is the equivalent of using a   
   credit card to pay living expenses, might work for a while but   
   eventually the bill comes due.
