    No,water won't do much shit when it comes to enema. You gotta   
   use SODA,buy those soda drinks,the clear ones like 7up or   
   Sprite. Don't use the colored ones like Pepsi or grape flavor   
   ones! You use two bottles of 7up,and then you handstand or   
   headstand for like 10 minutes,then sitting on the toilet and let   
   it run free! Better use warm water to enema once or twice again   
   after that,your bowels will be cleaner than Obama's suit! And   
   better take a shower afterwards instead of before enema.

   sodas plus the endless chemicals (artificial flavours,   
   stablisiers, etc.) end up in your gut, do you think it would do   
   you a world of good?

   that you should probably avoid sugary sodas. I would think that   
   using carbonated water (club soda) would work just as well.

    One additional hint about the Anal Douche, if you use the   
   shower shot, please make sure your shower area has proper   
   drainage. Accidents happen, and this is not an accident you want   
   sitting around for a while... LOL
